β€’ Saturday (Days): Up to Β£24.50 per hour
β€’ Saturday (Nights): Up to Β£30.00 per hour
β€’ Sunday (Days): Up to Β£29.00 per hour
β€’ Sunday (Nights): Up to Β£33.50 per hour
β€’ Bank Holiday (Days): Up to Β£32.55 per hour
β€’ Bank Holiday (Nights): Up to Β£37.50 per hour
β€’ Sleep-In Allowance: Up to Β£52.00 per sleep-in shift

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers for flexible ad-hoc agency shifts at a Day Care Centre supporting adults with Learning Disabilities in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated Support Workers seeking flexible temporary work while making a positive difference to the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and varying levels of support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism
β€’ Promote independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion
β€’ Support service users with daily activities and community engagement
β€’ Assist with individual care and support plans
β€’ Maintain accurate records and report concerns appropriately
β€’ Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals to achieve positive outcomes for service users

Requirements:
β€’ Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working as a Support Worker in an adult learning disabilities, day care, supported living, or residential care setting
β€’ Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and varying levels of support needs
β€’ Strong understanding of person-centred care and support
β€’ Right to work in the UK
β€’ Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to supporting vulnerable adults
β€’ Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns
