About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Adult Disability Team at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team environment while benefiting from flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake assessments, reviews, and support planning for adults with disabilities
• Manage a caseload effectively within statutory timescales
• Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multi-agency professionals
• Promote independence and safeguard vulnerable adults
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in Adult Services
• Social Work England registration
• Up-to-date CV with no unexplained gaps and specific dates included
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK (Passport, Visa, Share Code, etc.)
• National Insurance Number
• Valid DBS Certificate
