About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Service in North East London.

As a Senior Social Worker, you will work with children and families requiring specialist support, helping to safeguard vulnerable children, promote positive outcomes, and ensure their needs are met through effective intervention and partnership working.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of children and families requiring specialist support and intervention
• Undertake assessments, care planning, and reviews in line with statutory requirements
• Safeguard children and promote their welfare through effective multi-agency working
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
• Contribute to court proceedings where required and provide high-quality reports
• Support positive outcomes for children with disabilities and their families

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Child Protection
• Children Looked After
• Children in Need
• Court Work
• Experience working with disabled children is desirable but not essential
• Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills
• Full driving licence/car user desirable
