💷 Pay Rate: Up to £26.97 per hour (Days) | Up to £40.00 per hour (Nights & Weekends)

📅 Contract: Temporary assignment (initial 3 months)

Supply Care Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide temporary cover at Bridgewood House, a 70-bed residential and nursing care home supporting older adults, including individuals living with dementia and learning disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated nurse looking to join a supportive care environment while making a real difference to residents’ lives.

🌟 The Role

As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe and effective clinical support while working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Please Note: We are seeking an RGN who is fully flexible and able to work days, nights, weekdays and weekends. Unfortunately, we are not able to consider applicants who are only available for night shifts or weekends.

📝 Key Responsibilities

✅ Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
✅ Administer medication and carry out clinical interventions safely
✅ Assess, plan and review individual care plans
✅ Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
✅ Work collaboratively with the wider care team to deliver person-centred care

👤 About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔️ Current NMC Registration (RGN)
✔️ Previous experience within a nursing home, residential care or elderly care setting
✔️ Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
✔️ A caring, reliable and professional approach
✔️ The flexibility to work the full rota, including days, nights, weekdays and weekends

💰 What’s on Offer?

✅ Up to £26.97 per hour for day shifts
✅ Up to £40.00 per hour for night and weekend shifts
✅ 36 hours per week
✅ Initial 3-month temporary assignment
