Supply Care Solutions are looking for an Occupational therapy Team Manager in the West Midlands.
Rate: £42.00 ph (umbrella)
TYPE: Full time role (37 hours per week)
TEAM: Adult Social Care
Occupational Therapy Team manager required to manage a team of around 25 staff in all including Physiotherapists for an initial 6 month contract with a view to an extension.
Remote working possible however you will be encouraged to visit the office sometimes however this will be varied.
Purpose of the job:
a) Provide leadership, operational management and direction of a team(s) to contribute to the delivery of services across Adult Social Care
b) Contribute to the strategic development of the service.
c) Promote a culture of strong partnership working across all disciplines, internal and external partners, and stakeholders, at operational levels, to deliver integrated support and key strategies for people who require Adult Social Care, their families and carers.
d) Support co-production to ensure the service is responsive and accountable to local people, and meets local needs, including involving adults, children, young people, families and carers.
e) Ensure that the service exemplifies high quality, effective working practices, and achieves improved outcomes for customers, in line with all relevant legislation, statutory guidance and best practice.
Occupational Therapist Requirements
– Degree/Diploma
– Proven post qualifying experience in working with adult services
– Current HCPC registration
– Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
