RATE: from £25.00 per hour
TYPE: Locum
HOURS: Monday -Friday 09:00hrs-17:00hrs
TEAM: general nursing
DURATION: 3 Months rolling contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Telephone triage and assessment,
- face to face assessments,
- walk-ins crisis assessments,
- duty phones,
- review of treatment,
- interagency working.
- ASD assessments,
Previous experience in working in a mental health community setting, preferably an access and assessment team.
ECG trained and competent in measuring and recording of physical vital observations
Additional Requirements
– Proven post qualifying experience
– Mental health nurse qualification
– Current NMC registration
– Commitment to patient care and the safety and well-being of vulnerable people
