About the Role:
We’re excited to partner with a Local Authority in South Wales. Swansea Council is seeking dedicated professionals to join their Children’s Services teams. Roles are available within their Residential Homes ,offering the chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to children in residential settings
• Support children and young people through emergency situations
• Promote emotional well-being, stability, and independence
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals

Requirements:
• Minimum six months of experience working with children in a residential home
• QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent
• Social Care Wales registration for Children’s Residential Setting
• Valid Restraint and De-escalation Training
• Safeguarding Children Groups A & B (National Safeguarding Standards)
