• Children’s Residential Support Worker – £16
• Emergency Team – £18

About the Role:
We’re excited to partner with a Local Authority in South Wales. Swansea Council is seeking dedicated professionals to join their Children’s Services teams. Roles are available within their Residential Homes and Emergency Teams, offering the chance to make a real difference in young people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to children in residential settings
• Support children and young people through emergency situations
• Promote emotional well-being, stability, and independence
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external professionals

Requirements:
• Minimum six months of experience working with children in a residential home
• QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or equivalent
• Social Care Wales registration for Children’s Residential Setting
• Valid Restraint and De-escalation Training
• Safeguarding Children Groups A & B (National Safeguarding Standards)
