Band 6 Care Coordinator needed in Essex.

RATE: £27.00 per hour
ROLE: Band 6 Care Coordinator (mental health)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Duration: 3 Months
Responsibilities: Care Coordinating for allocated caseload, assessments, administering medication, writing tribunal reports, progress notes, key working, CPA and CTO reviews, care act assessments, social care support, care plans, risk assessments, work under pressure, organise own caseload.
Skills: Qualified Community mental health nurse/RMN, Knowledge of RIO, experience of completing mental health assessments, Care Act assessments, interpersonal skills, communications skills, advocacy skills, documentation skills.
Additional Requirements
– Proven post qualifying experience
– Current NMC registration
