Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Band 5 Stroke Nurse based in Brentwood, Essex.

Working Hours: 7.5 hours per week, flexible Monday – Friday

Duration: ASAP

Responsibilities: Complete 6-week stroke reviews, provide secondary prevention advice, and undertake the relevant documentation, outcome measures, onward referrals that are identified as part of the review.

Skills: NHS experience, knowledge and experience in working with stroke patients, knowledge of stroke pathway, ability and experience of using systmOne.
