💰 Rate/Salary:
• Monday – Friday & Saturday Days: Up to £16.50 per hour
• Monday – Friday & Saturday Nights: Up to £22.00 per hour
• Sunday Days: Up to £24.50 per hour
• Sunday Nights: Up to £30.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday Days: Up to £32.50 per hour

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Adult Health Care Assistants for flexible ad-hoc agency shifts across Independent Living Services and Care Home settings in West Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced care professionals seeking flexible temporary work that fits around their availability while supporting adults with a variety of care and support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and support to adults within Independent Living Services and Care Home settings
• Assist service users with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
• Support individuals with varying care and support needs
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns appropriately
• Follow care plans, policies, and procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with care teams to deliver person-centred support

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months’ UK experience working as a Support Worker in an adult care home setting
• Experience supporting adults with varying care and support needs
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to care and support
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns

• Health and Safety
• Infection Control
• Mental Capacity Act
• Moving and Handling
• Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults

Visa Eligibility:
• Candidates on Student Visas are welcome to apply, subject to their visa work restrictions
• Unfortunately, candidates requiring or currently holding a Skilled Worker/Sponsored Visa cannot be considered for these temporary agency shifts
