HOURS: 09.00-18.00 (5 days per week, Mon-Fri)
Job details;
The post holder will provide specialist assessments and nursing interventions to patients within a care group; participate in review of clinical policies and guidelines relevant to the area and support and implement changes to practice; liaise with other organisations and professionals to promote communication and good practice; be able to undertake audit activity and supervision to other staff in service area/care group. Have an understanding of psychosocial interventions to include psychoeducation, wellness recovery action plans and discharge planning. The role will include working with young people to provide assessments, physical health monitoring and ADHD reviews. We would also encourage applicants who have also completed their ADOS or ADI training for their role within the neuro-developmental complex case clinic.
