About the Role:

We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Justice Delivery and Intervention Worker to join a dynamic team in Sefton’s Youth Justice Service (YJS). This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people, working within a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct work to children and families in line with Child First principles
• Coordinate interventions in partnership with multi-agency teams
• Support young people subject to statutory plans and Out of Court disposals
• Complete holistic assessments and develop tailored support plans
• Work flexibly in the community and support agile service delivery
• Communicate effectively with families, children, and professional networks

Requirements:

• Relevant experience working in youth justice, social care, or related field
• Strong understanding of child-centred, trauma-informed practice
• Excellent communication and partnership working skills
• Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours work
