Pay: £12.59 per hour PAYE

Type: Temporary contract for 1 year

Required: 2 candidates

This will be to build relationships with young people transitioning to leaving care from age 16 and with care leavers aged 18-25. We have an aspirational team that supports young people to achieve their goals and we highly value the relationships we achieve with the young people we support.

Experience required:

• Significant experience of direct work with young people (teenagers) in a social care, health, education, housing or youth and community setting.

Qualifications essential:

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant children’s services field or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
