Inspection report/writing -Finding/Causation/Remedials/Conclusions – Pics – SORs to be used 

Writing  Scotts Schedule 

Emphasis on managing cases and closing cases 

Knowledge of legal disrepair protocol – Landlords Act, Section 11 and Section 9a for defects – Human habitations Act 

Keep tracker updated and completed post inspections

Respond to MP enquiries and CLLR complaints – Ombudsman Cases  

Day 2 Day Surveyor – £280 Umbrella  (HAR-012581)

Contractor Management 

Complaints Management – Stage 1s – MP and CLLR Enq

WIP management 

Pre Inspections 

Post Inspections
