Role Overview:
The Visiting Officer supports tenants across the northern areas of the city, providing direct assistance and ensuring tenancy compliance. This role is a field-based position requiring regular travel to tenant locations to address complaints, check on tenancy conditions, and provide support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct tenancy inspections and manage introductory tenancies
• Address tenant complaints and provide conflict resolution
• Apply preventive measures to maintain tenancies and engage with multi-agency partners
