SALARY: up to £11.98 ph (up to £15.97 for evening and weekend work)

HOURS: This is a Full time role (37 hours per week) / Full and part time hours considered.
The Telecare Service is a responsive team who visit customers in their own homes who may require care following a period in hospital or a decline in their wellbeing.
We will visit for a time limited period and assist to set goals to promote independence and confidence.
The Telecare Service will also respond if the customer presses an alarm for support.
A full uk driving license is required – A company vehicle will also be provided on duty.
The services operate a set rota featuring the following shifts:
• We require staff to work on our overnight team: 8:45pm to 07:30am
• Rota – 4 Nights on 4 Nights off
It is essential that you have the following skills and attributes:
– A positive caring outlook
– Have excellent written and communication skills
– The ability to work shifts (including evenings weekends and bank holidays)
Support Worker Requirements
– Proven experience in working with childrens/Adult services
– Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
