About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a private client in Middlesbrough for experienced Support Workers to work within a 24-hour mental health service. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking ongoing, consistent shifts within a complex care environment.

The service supports individuals with mental health needs who often have a secondary diagnosis of Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, requiring dedicated 1:1 intensive support throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care and 1:1 support during full shift durations
• Assist individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, and autism needs
• Administer medication safely (training required)
• Follow care plans and risk assessments as directed
• Maintain professional boundaries and resilience in challenging situations
• Commit to regular and consistent shift cover (days/nights as required)

Requirements:
• Medication-trained (Essential)
• Previous experience in Mental Health / Learning Disabilities / Autism services
• Able to complete a mandatory induction prior to starting shifts
• Reliable, resilient, and committed to ongoing shift work
• Confident working independently as well as part of a wider care team
