💰 Salary: £40,777 – £45,091 per annum (Grade 8) + £5,000 Market Supplement

Available Roles:

Social Worker – Localities Team
• Handle complex cases and engage in child protection and court proceedings
• Work collaboratively to safeguard vulnerable children and families
• Support a manageable caseload, with opportunities for professional growth

Social Worker – Intake & Assessment Team
• Carry out Wellbeing and S47 assessments and provide short-term interventions
• Support families to improve safety and stability
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic team with structured duty rota weeks for clarity and balance

Requirements:
• Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Care Wales)
• Significant frontline experience in child protection and safeguarding
• Skilled in assessment, care planning, and concise report writing
• Strong communication, organisational, and IT skills
• Ability to work flexibly under pressure and collaborate as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
