About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of Milton Keynes Council for an experienced Social Worker to join their MASH/Duty Assessment Team. This is a hybrid role; however, candidates are required to attend the office for the first four weeks to support induction and embed the Milton Keynes practice model and values. A valid driving licence is essential for this position.

The successful candidate will work directly with children and families, making critical safeguarding decisions and collaborating closely with multi-agency partners to ensure timely, safe, and effective interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake assessments, decision-making, and direct social work with children and families in line with statutory frameworks
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners within the MASH and Duty Assessment Team
• Support safeguarding duties to protect children and young people from harm
• Apply social work standards, ethics, and values in a transparent, accountable, and safe manner
• Contribute to accurate and timely recording, reporting, and case management

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Minimum post-qualification experience in statutory children’s services
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and statutory frameworks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-agency team
• Valid driving licence
