Pay: Competitive £32 per hour (Umbrella) rate

Main Purpose of the Role:

Improving Outcomes: Enhance the lives of adults with care and support needs, including carers.

Assessment & Planning: Conduct strengths-based assessments, care planning, and direct interventions in line with the Care Act 2014, statutory guidance, and council policies.

Safeguarding: Carry out safeguarding duties to protect adults from abuse or neglect.

Professional Practice: Maintain a transparent, accountable, and ethical approach to social work practice.

Requirements:

Relevant social work qualifications. 

Registration with a recognized professional body.

Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding protocols.

Proven experience in adult social care and direct client work.
