Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Social Worker in the Connected Persons Team in Northamptonshire
Job Role Title; Connected Persons Team
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: Up To £35 an hour umbrella depending on experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with a passion for improving the lives of vulnerable children
- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Evidence social work knowledge and experience of families in a fostering context
- Demonstrate strong assessment and fostering supervision skills
- Be committed to promoting the work of the team with families and within the Trust
Qualified Social Worker Requirements
– CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work
– Proven post qualifying experience in working with childrens services
– Current Social Worker England registration and enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
