About the Role:
Join a dedicated Children’s Social Work Team in Ashford, focusing on delivering high-quality safeguarding and care services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of children and families in need
• Conduct assessments, plan interventions, and review outcomes
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies
• Ensure the voice of the child is central to all decision-making

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s social care
• Strong knowledge of child protection procedures
• Enhanced DBS and references
