About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Support Worker – Adults Residential to join a dedicated residential service based in Roffey, Horsham. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multi-disciplinary environment delivering outcome-based care to adults with mental and physical support needs.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the residential service while ensuring high standards of person-centred care and support are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, outcome-focused care to service users
• Support individuals in maintaining and developing daily living skills
• Take responsibility for designated operational areas within the service
• Guide and support staff in delivering care objectives and best practice
• Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with service users
• Participate in evening, weekend, sleep-in and on-call rotas as required
• Support individuals who may at times display distressed or challenging behaviours

Requirements:
• Previous experience within adult residential or supported living services
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to support junior staff
• Compassionate, resilient and person-centred approach to care
• Ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
• Strong communication skills in English with service users, colleagues and the public
