Job Profile:

Senior Practitioner in the Children’s Long-Term Team, you will play a key role in supporting children, young people, and families in need of long-term social work intervention. You will provide expert guidance, mentoring, and case oversight, ensuring that social work practice is of the highest standard and that children’s welfare remains at the centre of all decision-making.
