About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to lead and support social workers in Maidstone’s Children’s Social Work Team. You will help drive quality practice and safeguard children effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional guidance and mentoring
• Lead complex cases and decision-making
• Liaise with partner agencies
• Ensure compliance with legislation and statutory duties

Requirements:
• Extensive experience in children’s social work
• SWE registration and right to work in the UK
• Strong leadership and supervision experience
• Enhanced DBS
