Full Time (37 hours per week)
Type: Hybrid (Office-based 2 days per week)
Rate: £33.30 per hour

Key Duties / Responsibilities:

• Manage a small allocation of children.

• Provide reflective supervision for the Family Support Worker.

• Support the Manager in day-to-day operations.

• Chair statutory meetings.

• Conduct statutory visits and record accurately.

• Complete life journey work for children.

• Provide guidance and support to newer members of staff.

• Maintain excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Essential:

• MUST have experience in Child in Need (CIC) cases.

• Ability to manage complex cases and supervise other staff.

• Strong communication skills for liaising with children, families, and multi-agency partners.
• Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
