About the Role:
We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team in Dudley. This is a full-time role that involves working with people of all ages who have physical disabilities. You’ll carry out functional assessments, manage complex paediatric cases, and recommend specialist equipment and major adaptations that empower individuals to live more independently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with individuals of all ages in both community and hospital settings
• Undertake functional assessments of those with physical disabilities
• Manage complex paediatric cases, including assessment and care planning
• Prescribe and advise on specialist equipment to meet complex needs
• Assess for and recommend major home adaptations to support independence
• Apply sound clinical judgement and decision-making in complex situations
• Demonstrate knowledge of health and social care legislation, risk management, and health & safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in community or hospital settings
• Up-to-date DBS certificate
• Eligibility to work in the UK (e.g., Passport or Biometric Visa)
• National Insurance number
• Strong knowledge of physical disability, paediatrics, and equipment provision
