🕒 Job Type: Locum – 36 hours per week (rota basis, including weekends, Bankhamm Holidays & sleep-in duties)

💰 Pay Rate: £21 per hour (Umbrella)

We are looking for caring and reliable Residential Support Workers to join the dedicated teams at Rivercourt and Ashchurch Centres in West London. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health needs.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents to develop independence, confidence, and life skills in a supportive, homely environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outcome-focused care and promote independence
• Provide personal care and assist with mobility where needed
• Plan and facilitate engaging activities at home and in the community
• Work closely with families, professionals, and your team
• Support with domestic duties and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
• Maintain high standards in line with CQC regulations

Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities
• Confident in personal care, moving & handling, and using hoists/wheelchairs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to work weekends, bank holidays, and sleep-ins
• Enhanced DBS (online update service), Right to Work, Updated CV, and NI number required
