💰 Rate/Salary: £38 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity with Milton Keynes Council for an experienced and passionate Social Worker to join their Family Support – North Hub Team 1. This is a fantastic chance to work within a supportive local authority that is committed to delivering high-quality services for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out timely and effective assessments under the Framework for the Assessment of Children in Need and their Families
• Formulate and review care and protection plans
• Coordinate multi-agency meetings including Core Groups, CIN Reviews, and LAC Reviews
• Prepare reports for court proceedings and attend as required
• Build relationships with children, families, and carers to support sustainable positive change
• Safeguard children while promoting their welfare, development, and independence
• Ensure all case recording is clear, accurate, and completed within timescales

Requirements:
• Qualified Social Worker (Degree/Diploma in Social Work or equivalent)
• Registered with Social Work England
• Minimum 2+ years post-qualifying experience within CP/CIN/LAC teams
• Strong assessment, planning, and report-writing skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Able to commit to 3 days per week in the office (Civic Offices, Milton Keynes)
