An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced social worker to join the Cared for Children Team in beautiful Torbay. The role will include developing pathway plans, visiting to children in care and care leavers, supporting young people, handling extremely complex cases with the assistance of the management team. Maintaining close positive links with outside agencies and service providers within the community is a priority.

It is essential that candidates have good communication and strong report writing skills.
