About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Personal Assistant to join the PA Services Team at a North East local authority. This part-time position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective administrative services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Word processing and preparing a variety of documents
• Accurate data input and database management
• Handling a range of general office and administrative tasks
• Managing and responding to requests from various departments

Requirements:
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional word processing skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to engage with colleagues at all levels
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
