Our client in Redcar and Cleveland target Leaving Care are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and committed Personal Advisor to support our care leavers. The role will be a case holding role and will support young people between 17-25yrs old who are leaving or have left LA care.

Required ASAP for 7 weeks. Full time Mon-Fri
