Salary: £42,795.00 – 47,805.00 per annum

Social Worker Lead Practitioners are expected to deliver Barnet’s vision of strengths based social care we rely on working closely with our partners and importantly our competent, confident, creative, and caring workforce
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 2 years UK experience working in adult social care as a social worker
Must have experience of supervising or mentoring social worker staff
Must have experience of complex case work
