About the Role:

We’re currently seeking a motivated and qualified Parent & Family Worker to join a supportive Neurodevelopmental Support Team in Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in the lives of children and young people on the Autism and ADHD assessment pathway, while working in a flexible and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake specialist assessments for children, young people, and families
• Deliver structured, graduated parenting interventions in line with service guidance
• Record accurate and timely case notes and data entries
• Attend and contribute to multi-agency meetings
• Communicate effectively with allocated lead professionals
• Conduct observations in various settings including family homes and schools
• Attend team meetings and service-wide events

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in health, education, or social care
• Experience in neurodevelopmental assessments (Autism, ADHD)
• Strong understanding of child development
• Enhanced DBS Check
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to travel across settings as needed
