About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate, HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join their growing Independent Living Service in the West Midlands. This role is ideal for an OT who is committed to empowering adults to live independently through strengths-based, person-centred practice. You will work across diverse rural, town, and city communities, delivering meaningful interventions that improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out strengths-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions
• Support adults to reduce risk and overcome barriers to independent living
• Design and implement personalised support programmes
• Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and professionalism
• Work collaboratively with health, social care, and housing professionals
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff where appropriate

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration (essential)
• Experience working with adults in community or independent living settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and care-planning skills
• Commitment to person-centred and independence-focused practice
