About the Roles:
We are partnering with a group of outstanding, well-resourced nurseries across London and the South East to recruit experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Room Leaders. Each role has its own specific requirements and salary starting point, depending on the level of responsibility and qualification required. Salaries listed are starting figures and are open to negotiation based on experience and the role being applied for.

• Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or higher – Salary from £27,560

Guildford
• Nursery Room Leader – Level 3 or higher – Salary from £30,000
• Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 or higher – Salary from £28,390

Lightwater
• Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or higher – Salary from £27,560

Loughton
• Nursery Practitioner – Level 2 or higher – Salary from £27,560

Woodford
• Nursery Room Leader – Level 3 or higher – Salary from £30,000
• Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 or higher – Salary from £28,390

West Kensington
• Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 or higher – Salary from £28,390

Key Responsibilities:

🌱 Nursery Practitioner
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Provide a warm, caring, and inclusive environment
• Monitor and record children’s development
• Build positive relationships with families
• Ensure safety and well-being of all children
• Collaborate effectively with your team
• Follow safeguarding policies and maintain accurate records

🌟 Nursery Room Leader
• Lead the daily operations of a nursery room
• Mentor and support your team of practitioners
• Ensure high standards of care and EYFS implementation
• Communicate progress with parents and carers
• Oversee compliance with safeguarding and health & safety
• Contribute to appraisals and team development
• Maintain documentation and quality assurance

Requirements:
• Minimum Level 2 in Early Years Education for Nursery Practitioner roles
• Level 3 in Early Years Education required for Room Leader roles
• Passion for early childhood education and child development
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
