Requirements:
• Level 2 in Early Years (minimum for Nursery Practitioner roles)
• Level 3 in Early Years (required for experienced roles and Room Leaders)

About the Roles:

Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality early years education and care for children aged 0–5.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver EYFS-aligned activities
• Create a warm and inclusive environment
• Track and record children’s development
• Build positive relationships with families
• Ensure children’s safety and well-being
• Work effectively within a team

Nursery Room Leader
As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll lead a specific age group room and guide your team to deliver outstanding early years provision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily running of your room
• Support, mentor, and supervise staff
• Maintain strong communication with parents
• Implement EYFS and support children’s development
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health & safety
• Contribute to staff development and performance reviews
