💰 Rate/Salary: £19.07 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is working in partnership with a local authority in East London to recruit an experienced and reliable Night Team Leader.

This role involves leading and supporting a team of Night Support Workers, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and care of residents throughout night hours within a regulated local authority setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of Night Support Workers during shifts
• Allocate shifts and manage night staffing arrangements
• Provide staff supervision, guidance, and on-shift support
• Update night care plans and risk assessments as required
• Administer medication during night shifts where necessary
• Complete accurate daily and night reports
• Carry out regular resident night checks
• Conduct health & safety and security checks
• Respond effectively to emergencies during night hours
• Work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and Bank Holidays

Working Hours:
• 9:00pm – 7:00am (9.5 hours per shift)
• 3–4 shifts per week

Requirements:
• Up-to-date CV with clear dates and no unexplained gaps
• Right to work in the UK (Passport, Visa, or Share Code)
• National Insurance Number
• Valid DBS Certificate
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within care, support, or local authority settings
