About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead Adult Social Care services within a mental health setting for a local authority in East London.

Working in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust, you will manage and support teams delivering high-quality assessment and treatment to people with severe and enduring mental health problems. This role requires strong leadership, excellent clinical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across agencies to achieve the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Adult Community Mental Health Teams across the boroughs
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
• Build strong partnerships with service users, carers, GPs, social care, and voluntary organisations
• Oversee service performance, compliance, and safeguarding requirements
• Support professional development and supervision of team members

Requirements:
• Qualified and registered Social Worker, Nurse, or other relevant mental health professional
• Proven management experience within Adult Social Care or Mental Health services
• Strong understanding of mental health legislation, policy, and best practice
• Ability to work effectively in multi-agency environments
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
