Hours: Full time (Thursday,,Friday & Monday and including both weekend days) 9 – 5
Salary: Up to £32 umbrella per hour depending on experience
Job profile:
We are looking for a Weekend Social Worker , candidates need to have hospital experience.
Cross site cover between two Hospitals in South London. There is flexibility to work at both sites during the working week, which would be outlined.
On site 3 days; Sat, Sun and one mid week day. Social Workers can do remote the other 2 week days.
Working with Vulnerable Adults within a hospital setting
Report writing and making assessments.
Developing care plans
Care management
Managing complex cases
Liaising with other professional bodies
Arranging safe and timely discharges for service users
