Supply Care Solutions are looking for a LOCUM Social Worker job in Lancashire – Screening and Initial Assessment Team

HOULRY RATE: up to £30.00 ph (umbrella)
TYPE: LOCUM
TEAM: Screening and Initial Assessment Team (SIAS).
HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5pm 37 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced social worker to work in our Screening and Initial Assessment Team (SIAS).
The role will offer a mix of office and home working.
Working in a very busy high volume work environment you will undertake initial assessments and provide short term interventions as well as partaking in a duty system.
You will be used to using computers and experience of Lancashire’s Liquid Logic (LAS) record system would be a distinct advantage.
An up to date knowledge of relevant legislation is essential.
The system only allows for an initial appointment of up to 84 days. This will be extended when required.

Qualified Social Worker Requirements

– CSW/CQSW/DipSW/BA/MA in Social Work
– Proven post qualifying experience in working with Adult services
– Current Social Worker England registration
– Current Enhanced DBS Disclosure
– Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
– Commitment to the safe care and well-being of vulnerable people
