Locum Band 6 Health Visitor job in Essex

RATE: up to £25.00 per hour
TYPE: Locum
HOURS: Monday-Friday 9-5 (Start/finish times can be flexible)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families. Supporting safeguarding, attending CP conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED:

Qualified HV experience with the use of Rio using the templates, good communication and able to support changes. Require a work risk assessment.
