RESPONSIBILITIES:  All health visiting duties including Safeguarding duties, liaison with agencies and attendance at meetings.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED:  Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN ),

Qualification:  Registered nurse qualification
