About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Leasehold Officer to join Camden Council on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support over 9,800 leaseholders across the borough within a dynamic, resident-focused team. The successful candidate will work as part of the Leasehold Services Team, initially based in the office for onboarding and training, with flexibility for hybrid working once established.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver person-centred leasehold advice and support as part of a relational service approach
• Process Right to Buy, Lease Extension, and Collective Enfranchisement applications
• Prepare Assignment Packs for leasehold sales and manage sub-letting applications
• Support lease enforcement, including representing Camden Council at the First Tier Tribunal if required
• Collaborate with other Home Ownership and Council teams for joined-up working and early interventions
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, case law, best practice, and internal policy
• Support the Team Leader with service targets and maintain accurate case records
• Gather and present evidence for tribunals or court hearings when necessary

Working Pattern
• Ideally full days on Wednesday to Friday
• Flexible arrangements considered for the right candidate
• Minimum of one office-based day per week required

About You
We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable individual with a strong understanding of leasehold legislation and procedures. You should be collaborative, resident-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality public service.
