About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Income Officer to join a local authority in Rugby. This role is vital in providing income management functions to support the Council’s housing objectives and priorities. You will play a key part in delivering a seamless, customer-focused housing service, working both independently and as part of a multi-functional housing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide income management functions affecting tenants in line with housing objectives.
• Contribute to a positive, customer-focused housing service.
• Support the wider housing team to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain excellent customer care standards in line with the Council’s values.
• Work on your own initiative under the guidance of the Senior Housing Officer.
• Deliver services in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in income or housing management.
• Strong knowledge of housing services and policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Car driver required (for hybrid working).
• Valid DBS certificate.
