Pay: £12.21 per hour

Job Purpose:    

• To contribute to the provision of an effective business support service within Social Services in accordance with Council policies, business support processes and procedures.
• The role and responsibility will include meeting and greeting visitors to the building, overseeing the reception desk functions.
• Duties also involve, updating databases (CareFirst) and spreadsheets, managing a team mailbox, placing orders for goods/services via SAP, paying invoices, the administration of the team Barclaycard, taking team minutes and other general office duties.

This is part-time job share post. Initially the role is based on site only and once trained there may be the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

The hours of work: 4 hours on a Wed – can be flexible, 8.30am – 5pm Thurs and 8.30am – 4.30pm Fri.  There is some flexibility with the hours and this could be discussed at interview.
