About the Role:
Supply Care Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to work flexible ad-hoc agency shifts within a nursing home setting in Ludlow. This is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and dedicated care professionals seeking flexible work arrangements that fit around their availability.

Successful candidates will provide high-quality person-centred care and support residents in a safe, respectful, and professional manner while working as part of a supportive care team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans
• Assist with daily living activities, including mobility and personal hygiene
• Support residents with catheter care and stoma bag management
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ wellbeing to senior staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required
• Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to deliver excellent care

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months’ UK care or nursing home experience
• Experience with catheter care and stoma bag changing (essential)
• Right to work in the UK
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to care
• Valid mandatory training certificates in:
• Dementia Care
• Fire Safety
• First Aid Awareness
• Food Hygiene
• Health and Safety
• Infection Control
• Safe Administration of Medication
• Mental Capacity Act
• Moving and Handling
• Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults
• GDPR

Visa Eligibility:
• Candidates on Student Visas are welcome to apply, subject to their visa work restrictions
• Candidates requiring sponsorship or currently holding a Skilled Worker/Sponsored Visa cannot be considered for these temporary agency shifts

Shift Patterns:
• Early shifts
• Late shifts
• Long day shifts
• Occasional night shifts
• Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns is desirable

Pay Rates:
• Monday–Saturday Days – Up to £13.00 per hour
• Monday–Saturday Nights – Up to £17.09 per hour
• Sunday Days – Up to £19.28 per hour
• Sunday Nights – Up to £25.52 per hour
• Bank Holidays – Up to £25.70 per hour
