About the Role:
The Family Help Social Worker role in Hillingdon focuses on building strong, purposeful relationships with children and families, managing complex cases, and working within a supportive locality-based team. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding outcomes for children through high-quality, relationship-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop meaningful and effective relationships with children and families to support sustainable positive change
• Manage a complex caseload with a high level of professional autonomy
• Coordinate multi-agency plans to safeguard children and support families effectively
• Use a range of assessment and intervention frameworks
• Provide expert advice, guidance, and constructive challenge to colleagues and partner agencies
• Work within a locality team embedded in a defined geographical area
• Ensure services are child-centred, strengths-based, and responsive to local community needs
