💰 Rate/Salary: £26.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Working Pattern:
• 21.45 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
• 09:00am – 17:15pm
• Contract until approximately end of September

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Early Years Practitioner to join a Family Support Service in West London, providing maternity cover.

The Family Support Service exists to help local families give their children the best possible start in life. The service is community-focused and delivers proactive, integrated, and innovative preventative support to families most in need.

The team is committed to creating positive, long-term outcomes for children and families, reducing reliance on statutory services, and operating in a financially sustainable way. Central to the service’s approach is the belief that loving and nurturing relationships between children and their caregivers in early life are fundamental to physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing, supporting healthy brain development and lifelong success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support families with young children as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Promote positive early childhood development and strong caregiver relationships
• Deliver preventative, family-centred support within the local community

Requirements:
• Relevant Early Years qualification and experience
• Experience supporting families with young children
• Strong understanding of early childhood development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-agency setting
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
